Residential
Quiet, compact and interior-first. Residential lifts run on gearless or hydraulic drives with shallow pits, low headroom and finishes chosen to match your joinery.
3–5 persons · 250–400 kg
The everyday house lift: a compact glass-and-brass cabin serving two to five floors on a gearless drive. It needs no separate machine room, draws normal single-phase power and runs quietly enough to sit beside a bedroom wall.
2–4 persons · 200–320 kg
A round or square observation capsule set inside a stairwell or atrium, structurally glazed so the lift becomes part of the architecture. Ideal for double-height entrances where the lift is on show.
2–3 persons · wheelchair ready
A self-supporting screw-drive or hydraulic platform that only needs a floor cut-out — no masonry shaft. The fastest retrofit for existing duplexes and for elderly or wheelchair access.
Commercial
Higher duty cycles, heavier loads and traffic that never pauses. Commercial installations are engineered around footfall studies, fire codes and service access from day one.
6–20 persons · 480–1600 kg
Apartment, office and retail lifts with automatic doors, destination-based dispatch and marble-ready lobbies. Group control shares traffic across two or more cars for shorter waits at peak hours.
500–3000 kg
Built for pallets, trolleys and industrial abuse: chequered steel flooring, reinforced side panels, flush thresholds and heavy-duty centre-opening or vertical bi-parting doors.
1000–2000 kg · stretcher depth
Deep cabins that take a bed, drip stand and attendants together, with antibacterial surfaces, priority calls and levelling smooth enough for a patient under care.
Safety Systems
Six independent layers of protection — each one fitted, tested and documented on every Elvoric installation.
An automatic rescue device keeps the lift powered through an outage and lands it at the nearest floor before opening the doors.
A second sealed battery bank stands behind the first, so lighting, alarm and intercom stay live even if the primary set fails.
A hinged ceiling hatch gives rescue crews a safe route into the cabin from the shaft when the doors cannot be opened.
A keyed release lets a trained technician free the brake and move the car by hand, floor by floor, without power.
On hydraulic lifts a mechanical lowering valve bleeds oil under gravity, bringing the cabin gently down to the landing.
Gearless machines carry a manual pull lever that releases the traction brake in controlled steps for a safe evacuation.
